As the Marketing strategist, you play a key role in building our brand utilizing YouTube and social media platforms. Your exceptional attention to detail, imaginative eye for design, and unparalleled resourcefulness will play a crucial role in crafting compelling narratives that highlight how our company positively impacts and reaches a wider audience.

Ideal Experience/ Qualifications:
Experience in building a brand on YouTube and social media platforms
Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate the company’s message to a wider audience
Experience in lead-generation strategies
Excellent writing skills Familiarity with the marketing industry and the latest trends and technologies
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
What will you DO in this ROLE?
Increase Market Awareness:
Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand awareness campaigns.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies to position the company effectively.
Strong skills in public relations and media outreach to enhance company visibility.
Creative thinking to identify new opportunities for increasing brand exposure.
Generate Leads Organically and Through Paid Advertisements:
Expertise in organic lead generation strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media engagement.
Proficiency in designing and managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
Ability to segment and target audiences effectively, ensuring high-quality lead generation.
Increase Reach for Podcast and Events:
Experience in promoting podcasts and events through multiple channels (social media, email marketing, partnerships).
Innovative ideas for cross-promotional activities and collaborations to boost podcast listenership and event attendance.
Skills in event marketing, including creating compelling event pages, leveraging event platforms, and engaging with potential attendees.
Capacity to leverage analytics to understand listener and attendee demographics and preferences for future growth strategies.
Additional Qualities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams and external partners.
Strategic thinking and ability to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Adaptability and willingness to stay current with evolving digital marketing trends and tools.
Return phone calls within a reasonable time.
